Club Penguin EPF Message - 5/29

*Greetings fellow agents. Today, the ignorant agent named Rookie sent all of us agents a message via EPF Spy Phone. It reads:

Maybe Herbert decided not to do anything bad. The party ends tomorrow, and still no sign of him. Maybe he's a good guy now!

Well, even if it does end tomorrow, there's still plenty more parties on the island. Plus, you saw the "Upcoming Events" page about 2-3 weeks ago. There was a picture with Herbert on it! So, my conclusion is that Herbert will probably visit Club Penguin sometime this year, but I'm still un-sure if he'll be good or bad. He shut down the Protobot, but that doesn't mean he could be good! What do you think? Make sure you comment your thoughts below!
